1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account with Global Intel Invest ("GII", "we", "us", or "our"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to use this platform. You must ensure that your use of GII services is legal in your country of residence.

3. Investment Risk Disclosure

Trading financial instruments involves significant risk. GII provides access to trading performance derived from MetaTrader 5 (MT5) execution. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You acknowledge that you may lose part or all of your invested capital.

4. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. We strongly recommend enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA).

5. Revenue Share and Profits

Profit distribution is based on the revenue share percentage set by GII. Profits are calculated based on net trading performance and are credited to your internal wallet. Withdrawals are subject to verification and platform limits.

6. Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any illegal activities. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of violating these terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

GII shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to market losses or technical failures.
